 SOCIAL DISTANCING

Our Resort stands in a hilly area of 140 hectares and is surrounded by ample spaces and uncontaminated nature.
Our cottages are immersed in the green and they allow to enjoy outdoor areas and to relax in complete safety. Social Distancing is guaranteed in all communal areas.

• LOBBY BAR
  The Lobby Bar has both indoor areas and outdoor panoramic terraces to enjoy your meals or drinks in complete relax and safety. The bar is equipped with transparent Plexiglas to allow social distancing between the guest and the service staff.
• ANTICA CRISSA RESTAURANT
  The Antica Crissa Restaurant has both great outdoor and indoor spaces, conveniently arranged and re-shaped in order to allow safety distance between the tables.
  Breakfast is served as a buffet with the assistance of our staff. Reservation is required in order to regulate access for lunch and dinner. Between services, all the restaurant areas including tables and chairs are carefully sanitised.
• POOL AREA
  The Pool Area has an ample solarium area and a 400 sqm pool. In order to guarantee adequate social distancing, the number of sunbeds has been reduced. Access is limited in order to comply with the national crowd density rules.
  Sunbeds, tables and chairs are sanitised before any new guest may use them. The Pool Area also has an outdoor bar.

 SERVICE STAFF

All the Resort Staff has undergone a serologic test to scan for potential antibodies anti-COVID19. Our staff has been properly trained and instructed about the Health Protocols issued by the World Health Organization. In addition to this, a specific workplace safety protocol is enforced, developed by a specialised consultancy firm and based on governmental regulations. This protocol also regulates the access of our suppliers to the Resort.

 SANITIZATION PROTOCOL

Our facility has always applied strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, following a philosophy of quality that the Callipo family has preserved for 5 generations. Following the COVID-19 breakout, our protocols has been further enhanced. Room and table linens undergo a sanitising protocol certified by Mit Sicherheit Meducomp.
The Air Conditioning System has been sanitised.  Touch objects and appliance are sanitised daily. All communal areas are sanitised several times throughout the day.
Guests can benefit from the hand sanitising gel dispensers available in all communal areas. In every toilette the hand soap provided by the dispensers contains sanitiser.

 OUR ROOMS

We deliver our guests a completely sanitised room, we use specific products and employ a vaporised disinfection treatment. In addition, rooms and bathrooms have balconies or windows to allow adequate ventilation.
Cottages are detached facilities that allow to provide a stay in total independence. Should our guest prefer our cleaning staff NOT to access the room during the stay, a discount for her/his next stay will be applied.

 HOSPITALITY

In order to limit prolonged stay in the reception area for Check-In and Check-Out operations, we have introduced Online Fast Check-In and Check-Out.
The Front-Desk is equipped with transparent Plexiglas to guarantee social distancing between the guest and the reception staff. For safety reasons the guest may be subject to a temperature scan.

 SPORTS AREA

At Popilia Country Resort it is possible to practice outdoor sports, enjoy the Minigolf course located inside the Pinewood, the sports fields (5-a-side Football, Beach volley, Tennis) and the “life trail”. All the equipment provided to our guests is sanitised after each use.

 MINICLUB

For children aged from 3 to 10 many fun recreational activities and a mini club are available at fixed times and complying with the new national safety rules. (Service active during Summertime)
